• Turnaround time: Quality transcript summaries are guaranteed within 7-10 days. Please note that turnaround may be much sooner, depending upon the number of projects we have pending at any given time.

• Standard Rate: Regardless of the type of transcript, the standard summary rate is $2.50 per transcript page.  As noted below, a higher rate applies to rush jobs.

• Rush Rate: We will summarize transcripts within 72 hours for a rush rate of $3.50 per transcript page.

• Submission Process: To expedite the process, please email us copies of your transcripts or submit them to our online repository.  Electronic transmission is preferred, but if you cannot submit an electronic version, please mail your hard-copy transcripts to: Legal Discovery Experts, 11870 Santa Monica Blvd, Suite 106, Los Angeles, CA 90025.  Before submitting your transcripts, please notify us by telephone or email.

• Summary Format: Unless an alternative format is requested, summaries will be in a standard three-column format, with page/line numbers on the left, topic in the middle and testimony on the right.  We are happy to accommodate other formats as per customer request.

• Summary Ratio: Generally, the transcript-to-summary page ratio is 10:1, meaning a 100 page transcript will be condensed into 10 easy-to-read pages.  However this ratio may vary somewhat, depending upon the nature and complexity of the testimony being summarized.

• Your deposition summaries will be returned via electronic attachment as a Word table.  This provides you with the flexibility to edit or annotate a summary yourself if desired.  Other summary formats (Excel, etc.) are available upon request.

• Customers are not invoiced for payment until after deposition summaries are completed and delivered.
